試験合格率の落差
登録販売者の試験は、都道府県ごとに異なっていますから、前回ご紹介したとおり、合格率も各都道府県によって、かなりの落差が生じています。また、地方ごとに見てみましても、落差がけっこう見られます。
第一回目の試験結果から見てみますと、北海道地方は50％台、東北地方は40％〜50％台、関東地方は70％〜80％台、甲信越地方は60％〜70％台、北陸地方は50％〜70％台、東海地方は60％〜70％台、近畿地方は50％〜70％台、中国地方は60％〜80％台、四国地方は30％〜40％台、九州地方は50％〜60％台、沖縄地方は40％台という結果になりました。
関東地方と甲信越地方、東海地方、中国地方は高めの合格率というのが見てとれると思います。
逆に東北地方や四国地方、沖縄地方は低めの合格率でした。
都道府県ごとに問題が違うとはいえ、たとえば関東地方などにおいては、東京都のみが独立した問題で、埼玉県、千葉県、神奈川県の南関東3県は統一問題でした。
さらに北関東の群馬県、茨城県、栃木県と、甲信越地方の新潟県、山梨県、長野県を合わせた6県でも統一問題となりました。
このように総ての都道府県がそれぞれに異なった問題を出すというわけではありません。
そういう理由からも、地方ごとの合格率に落差が生じたのでしょう。
このような落差は、あまり良いとは言えません。
実際のところ、試験問題は「登録販売者試験の作成に関する手引き」から選定して作成され、出題されますから、都道府県別に難易度の違いがないよう配慮されることとなっているのですが、結果を見ますと格差があったことになります。
これらは、今後の課題となるでしょう。
